What we collect

If you submit the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, work email, company, role, and your description of the challenge, plus the optional fields if you choose to fill them in.

If analytics are enabled on this site, we collect standard, aggregated usage information — pages visited, approximate region, device type, and interactions such as button clicks. We do not use this to identify individuals.

Why we collect it

Form submissions exist for one purpose: so we can read your note and respond. We do not add you to a marketing list, sell your information, or share it with advertisers.

Usage information helps us understand which parts of the site are useful, so we can improve it.

Service providers

This site is hosted on a commercial hosting platform, which processes form submissions and delivers them to us. If analytics are enabled, an analytics provider processes usage data on our behalf. These providers act under their own published terms and process data to provide their service to us.

How long we keep things

Inquiry submissions are kept for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterward, then deleted. Aggregated analytics data is retained per the provider’s standard settings.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sthomas@awali.tech and we will respond to the request directly.

Please do not send sensitive data

Do not submit patient information, confidential client information, credentials, proprietary files, or security-sensitive details through this site. Keep submissions at the level you would share in a first executive conversation. If a deeper exchange requires confidentiality terms, we will put them in place first.
